Key Duties:

• Litigate General Liability matters, with an Insurance Defense focus, in NJ and NY State and Fed Courts
• Subpractices can include: Premises Liability, Personal Injury, Professional Liability, Commercial Transportation Liability, Product Liability, and Appellate Practice for such matters
• Enjoy immediate hands-on work, autonomy over your caseload, and the collective brainstorming and collaborative ethic endemic to a highly-congenial office

Core Qualifications:

• Min 1yr of exp. in Defensive Civil Litigation (ideally with an Insurance Defense focus, but not required)
• Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey (admission in New York is a plus!)
• Admission to appear before the DNJ is a plus
• NOTE : Recent Judicial Law Clerks are ineligible for consideration at this time.

Position Details:

• ~$100,000 - $130,000 base (Salary will be commensurate with experience level)
• Highly lucrative hours-based bonus, with quarterly cash-out eligibility
• HYBRID office (3 days in / 2 days home)
