Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate with securities and capital markets experience for its Corporate Practice in New York. The salary for this position is between $310k to $365k.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of securities and capital markets experience within a law firm.
• Ability to handle complex transactions, working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• New York bar or eligible to become admitted in New York.
• Strong client-interfacing skills.
