Director of Supply Chain & Procurement - Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership : Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, focused on scalability, cost-efficiency, and compliance
• Supplier Management : Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with critical suppliers, ensuring quality and supply continuity
• Operations & Planning : Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and logistics, optimizing resources to meet production timelines
• Risk Management : Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and R&D, to align supply chain operations with project goals

Director of Supply Chain & Procurement - Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the biopharma or CDMO sector
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in cell therapy or similar industries
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and expertise in ERP systems
