What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional dining experiences.
  • Innovative Menu Development: Create menus that blend Western and Cantonese culinary traditions into exciting and memorable dishes.
  • Ensure Excellence: Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to balance profitability with quality.
  • Train and Mentor: Foster a positive, efficient kitchen environment by training and developing staff.
  • Ingredient Sourcing: Collaborate with suppliers to procure the finest and freshest ingredients.


Who You Are

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in both Western and Cantonese cuisines , with a creative approach to blending traditions.
  • Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredient sourcing.
  • A flair for modernizing classic dishes while maintaining authenticity.
  • Proven ability to manage food costs and uphold high food hygiene standards.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
