How You’ll Succeed: You will be a welcomed member of the Sienna Finance Team, reporting to the Director, Tax & Treasury . As Senior Financial Analyst, Treasury & Insurance , you will be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, proactive and be able to work independently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Treasury
- Prepare cash flow projections, both short term and long term, and identify opportunities for cash flow improvement
- Proactively monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate funding for operations and investments.
- Assist with managing banking relationships and optimize cash management strategies.
- Support the Finance team and business units with respect to bank queries and treasury-related tasks.
Insurance
- Assist with managing corporate insurance programs, and working with senior leaders in ensuring adequate coverage for all risks.
- Coordinate with external insurance providers and internal teams to handle claims, renewals, and premium payments.
- Maintain and update records of insurance policies and related documents.
- Assisting in the preparation of insurance budgets and analyze insurance-related expenses.
Other
- Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Support company-wide planning, process improvements, and business initiatives
Who You Are:
- You have, or are in the process of obtaining a CPA,CA, CPA,CGA or CPA,CMA designation
- You have experience in treasury or corporate insurance functions
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- You are able to handle multiple assignments and work effectively under pressure
- You are hard working, detail oriented, organized and self-motivated to learn
