Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations: Address and resolve team member concerns, oversee the administration of HR programs, and support leaders in fostering a positive workplace environment.
Policy and Compliance Oversight: Ensure consistent application of HR policies, standards, and processes, ensuring alignment with the organization’s purpose, vision and values.
Operational Planning: Develop and execute an annual HR operational plan aligned with the organization’s business plan to address current and future talent needs.
Employee Engagement and Retention: Partner with business leaders to implement strategies that enhance team member engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
HR Program and Policy Support: Collaborate with leaders to communicate and operationalize HR policies and procedures, ensuring they meet business needs and legislative standards.
Who You Are:
You bring 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in multi-site environments, including both unionized and non-unionized settings.
You have at least 3 years of leadership experience, managing and developing a team of HR professionals.
You hold a university degree or college diploma, and a CHRL or CHRE designation (or equivalent) is preferred.
You have a proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders.
You offer extensive experience providing strategic employment and labour-related advice, navigating complex legislative and employment matters across multiple provinces.
Your program management skills are exceptional, and you thrive in multi-tasking environments.
You have a track record of partnering with and influencing senior leaders, providing guidance on critical HR issues.
What you need to know:

We seek applicants with diverse backgrounds and have a wide range of abilities. Sienna provides an accessible candidate experience.
We believe that collaboration and connection are key to our success, which is why we have an in-person office environment. We work together in the office four (4) days a week to foster teamwork, creativity, and innovation, while also allowing for flexibility when needed.
You must successfully pass a Background Check.
