We train to support 10 units in our hospital: Medical A, Medical B, Medical C, Cardiology A, Cardiology B, Surgical, Orthopedics, Neurovascular, Oncology, and Clinical Decision Unit.nnAfter some experience working in our ministry, we offer opportunities to cross-train outside of our Division to Behavioral Health, Interventional Recovery Unit, Short Stay Unit, Medical Procedures Unit, IV Therapy, and Emergency Department Boarding areas.nnWe provide 4-6 weeks of preceptorship with an established Float Pool RN depending on your prior experience. Float Pool has 24/7 coverage with a Float Pool Charge RN whose priority is to round on our staff throughout the hospital each shift.
