On a regular and continuous basis, exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area. Title may reflect departmental designation.nnKey Responsibilities:nnMaintains reports and performs administrative and technical duties that require knowledge of the department, facility, and the company along with current policies, practices and procedures.nnPerforms diversified duties including reports preparation, data collection, trend analysis, reconciliation reports, and business and process documentation.nnFollow administrative processes within the site and make recommendations to implement process improvements.nnMay work on confidential or sensitive information, typically of a technical or proprietary nature.nnEstablishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the company, and the community, maintains professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.nnConfers with appropriate internal and external administrative offices to ensure that required procedures are followed.nnApplies a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, verifies documents for completeness and compliance with government and private customers.nnPerforms individual assignments as site manager deems necessary, ensure adequate, continuous controls are exercised overall assigned activities affecting quality.nnUses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and or format data and or reports.nnWork with Inventory Analyst to ensure appropriate inventory quantity is purchased.nn#LI-MZ1nnQualifications:nnRequired:nnMinimum of six (6) years' experience in logistics.nnIn lieu of an Associate's degree, an additional four (4) years' experience required.nnProficient in Power BInn5-10% local travelnnPreferred:nnExperience in the aerospace/aviation industry is desired.nnExperience on a US military command staff is desired.nnCompensation and Benefits:nnSalaried Position.nn9/80 schedule.nnComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.nn401(k) retirement plan with company match.nnGenerous paid time off program.nnProfessional development and career advancement opportunities.nnAAR is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
