RN - Western Mass Group Home ($50-55/hr)
Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and provide catheter care for residents
• Conduct injury assessments and offer on-site treatment as necessary
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, and update health records
• Support residents' daily personal care needs per their Individual Service Plan (ISP)
• Facilitate medical appointments, follow-up care, and transport residents as needed
• Provide training and guidance for direct support staff on medical procedures and equipment use

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Experience with medication administration and catheterization preferred
• Ability to float between group home locations in the Western Mass area
