We're looking for a registered nurse with experience in Endocrinology to join our outpatient office. The hours are: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. No weekends. No on calls.nnThe Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.nnPlans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient's needs.nIdentifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.nDevelops, implements, and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.nInitiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.nPerforms therapeutic nursing interventions.nManages care of patients.nDocuments care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.nAdvocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.nProvides patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model.nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.nnAbout Equiliem HealthcarennEquiliem Healthcare specializes in staffing clinical, non-clinical, and allied personnel.
