Job Description: RN ER InWe are looking for highly organized, compassionate candidates to work as ER nurses. ER nurses are the first line of defense when responding to patient injuries, trauma, or allergic reactions. They are always prepared to respond to emergencies, assist doctors in emergency medical care, and ensure a high quality of nursing standards are maintained, among other duties.nnResponsibilitiesnnRespond quickly to medical emergencies, providing first-line care and treatment.nAssist doctors in emergency medical procedures and ensure high standards of care.nMonitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team.nAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed.nMaintain accurate and detailed patient records.nEducate patients and their families on health management and prevention strategies.nnRequirementsnnValid NY nursing license.nAbility to work rotating shifts, including one day and one night shift, with starts between 7 am and 9 am every other weekend.nExcellent decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.nExperience in emergency or critical care settings is preferred.nnSchedule Notes: 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. rotating weekends Equiliem Healthcare specializes in staffing clinical, non-clinical, and allied personnel.
