Title:nnPrecommissioning/Commissioning & Startup Utilities ManagernnThe Utilities and Offsites Manager is responsible for the safety, operation, budget and schedule with regards to the Operation of the UtilitiesnnThey are responsible for any work permits issued in the Utilities and Offsites Areas Ready for OperationnnThey will participate in regular progress and coordination meetings with COMPANY.nnThey will ensure that all equipment in Completion Packages is ready for Handover on schedule.nnThey will issue testing procedures for approval by COMPANY.nnThey will direct daily activities in Completion Package A and B AreasnnThey will identify and coordinate the resources required to complete all OTPS in their area.
