The RN must be licensed with at least one (1) year of RN experience to be eligible for the signing bonus.nnImportant Details:nn• Signing Bonuses are paid out in three payments. You will receive your first payment (one third of the total amount) upon completion of the first 30 days of employment. You will receive the second payment upon completion of six (6) months and the third payment (final of the total amount) owe upon completion of one year following your start date. The bonus payments will be paid on the next regular pay day following the date on which you become eligible for the bonus. All payments are subject to applicable taxes.nn• Full time status at LHMC is considered for the schedules greater than or equal to 30 hours per week; part-time is 20-29 hours per week. As a level one trauma center, we work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to provide high quality, patient centered care. In addition, this unit sees a wide variety of acutely ill patients who may require additional acute therapies. Our nurses are experts in caring for these patient populations and are continuously enhancing their knowledge to ensure we are up to date with the latest practices and technologies . We, as members of this team, are committed to the delivery of safe, high-quality care to our patients and their families.nnThe Surgical Intensive Care Unit offers a professional pathway for those nurses looking to build their resume and progress in their career.nnLahey Hospital & Medical Center utilizes EPIC for computerized charting and medication administration.
