- Expertise in Plant-Based Cuisine : Skilled in all aspects of plant-based meal preparation, with a focus on anti-inflammatory, low-histamine, and gut-healing recipes.
- Ingredient-Driven Approach : Emphasis on sourcing local, seasonal, and organic produce, and crafting meals that celebrate pure ingredients with a healing touch.
- Knowledge of Healing Herbs and Spices : Ability to integrate the therapeutic benefits of herbs and spices while adapting menus to seasonal changes.
- High-Quality Protein Sourcing : Careful attention to sourcing the highest quality fish and pasture-raised, humanely sourced meats (served in small quantities).
- Farmers Market & CSA Enthusiast : A genuine love for farmers' markets, CSA shares, and fostering relationships with local, sustainable agriculture is a plus.
