Seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney for highly rated, small, law firm. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: legal research, drafting pleadings, drafting motions, discovery, depositions, mediation, settlements, and trial. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of litigation, from pleadings through trial. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for their assigned files and actively work every file towards resolution.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
• Minimum 3 years of experience in family law
• Strong understanding of family law rules and procedures
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• strong communication skills in reporting to superior
• strong skills in documenting the file

Compensation for this position is paid by the billable hour within the range of $50 - $75/billable hour, commensurate with experience.
