Job Title : Associate Attorney (Real Estate)

Location; Marlboro, NJ

Salary : $125,000 - $200,000

The firm handles approximately 1,000 real estate loan closings each month, for business-purpose transactions, and has built a dynamic practice grounded in innovation and excellence.

What they need:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (NY Bar admission desirable)
• 3+ years of experience in real estate transactions / lending / foreclosure / closing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Commitment to client service and team collaboration, with ability to be self-sufficient

What you'll be doing:

• Draft, review, and negotiate closing documents for real estate loans involving business-purpose transactions
• Collaborate with clients, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient closings
• Provide legal guidance and support throughout the transaction lifecycle
