He/She will partner with residents/patients and other care providers to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment by providing direct and indirect care activities and assisting in formulating and implementing a continuous plan of care for patients. They will assist with personal hygiene, ambulation, mobility, and positioning, and assist at mealtimes. He/She will perform patient procedures, tests, and treatments according to policies and procedures within the scope of their practice.
