Candidates should be passionate about sustainability and climate resilience, self-motivated and self-directed, collaborative, and able to produce high-quality work products.nnPlease include a cover letter describing your interest in sustainability and WSP.nnYour ImpactnnDuties and ResponsibilitiesnnAs a senior consultant, you will be expected to join and lead project teams, working under the guidance of experienced project leaders and subject matter experts to deliver sustainability solutions to our clients. Tasks will span a wide variety of disciplines and topics but are likely to include the following:nnDevelop entity-wide sustainability data inventories and/or life cycle assessments for energy, GHG, water, waste, and other resourcesnnConduct verifications of entity-wide inventories for energy, GHG, water, waste, and other resourcesnnDevelop and maintain data management systems and business intelligence toolsnnDesign sustainability or climate risk management performance targets with accompanying strategies and achievement plansnnIdentify and evaluate tactics and measures for achieving energy, GHG, and other resource reductionsnnAnalyze energy efficiency measures and renewable energy procurement optionsnnConduct climate- and water-related risk and opportunity assessmentsnnResearch sustainability programs and initiativesnnProduce sustainability reports, disclosures, and other communicationsnnSupport business development activities with existing and prospective clientsnnWho You ArennRequired Qualifications and SkillsnnMinimum of 6 years of professional experience focused on sustainability, energy, climate change, and/or related environmental issues as a consultant, from within a corporation, or in another relevant contextnnBachelor’s degree in engineering, energy, sustainability, or environmental discipline requirednnDemonstrated familiarity with some sustainability issues and frameworks such as supply chain management, circularity, LCA, CDP, GRI, TCFD, and/or the GHG Protocol.nnWell-developed interpersonal skills, maturity, credibility, confidence, and integrity: ready to learn and work on a teamnnStrong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas crisply and compellingly through Microsoft Word and PowerPointnnAbility to design, conduct and present quantitative analysis, using tools that may include Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BInnAbility to work independently, multitask, and manage time efficientlynnAbility to collaborate remotely across geographies and platformsnnPreferred Qualifications and SkillsnnMaster’s degree in engineering, energy, sustainability, or environmental disciplinennDemonstrated expertise in one or more of following sustainability issues and frameworks: supply chain management, circularity, LCA, CDP, GRI, TCFD, and/or the GHG ProtocolnnWSP Benefits:nnWSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
