HOW OUR SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Provides analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces and all system level requirements to provide an integrated solution. Develops integrated system test requirements, strategies, devices and systems. Directs overall system level testing. Identifies, formulates, designs and/or tests practical solutions to engineering problems and guides the engineering development of modern systems. Analyzes the Tier 0 through Tier 4 requirements, decomposing them and allocating them to lower Tiers. Determines immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements, ensuring availability, continuity, and security of the weapons platform from a cyber perspective. Recommends and supports process improvement initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED (Required): Security Clearance Level: Top Secret Required Technical Skills: 15 years of experience in the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces, and all system level requirements. 5 years experience in requirements engineering. Experience in requirements definition and decomposition, system design development, and documentation. Experience in assuring system is designed with security from the ground up. Experience performing logical and physical system design and reviews and preparing system documents and specifications. Experience conducting technical research on system upgrades. Experience addressing special problem areas and administering solutions to complex areas of the network. Required Certifications: 8140 Work Role (651) Enterprise Architect. Education: ABET Systems Engineering Degree or equivalent. An additional 4 years of experience can be substituted for an MS or MA degree.
