This position is located at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point.nnRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:nnDirects, coordinates, and manages overall functions of eastern ranges.nnDevelops and implements strategies, policies, and procedures in the execution of this effort with respect to eastern ranges.nnEvaluates overall management of eastern ranges to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the eastern ranges.nnEnsures effective coordination across different functional groups and areas for the eastern rangesnnManages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, financial and business development activities for the eastern ranges.nnSupervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation for the eastern ranges.nnDirects program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems for the eastern ranges.nnResponsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned program control accounts for the eastern ranges.nnAssures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits for the eastern ranges.nnPerforms business development activities at all stages, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals for the eastern ranges.nnPerforms program financial management oversight, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement for assigned control accounts for the eastern ranges.nnCoordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances for assigned control accounts for the eastern ranges.nnDevelops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents for the eastern ranges.nnPrepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requestednnEnsures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards for the eastern ranges.nnParticipates in special projects as required.nnREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:nnActive Top Secret DoD clearance.nnA minimum of Five (5) years of experience managing dispersed workforce and diverse functions in support of large-scale Department of Defense effort(s).nnExperience in managing large scale training evolutions to a high level of quality.nnFamiliarity with all Navy Task Order functions.nnKnowledge and understanding of future Navy and Joint capabilities that will drive corresponding changes in future training requirements including Live, Virtual and Constructive training.nnExperience in exercise development and execution in all warfare domains.nnKnowledge of computer, communications systems, and networks that are used to support Navy and Joint training events.nnExperience with the operation and/or maintenance of Navy or Joint tactical training ranges including applicable health, occupational, environmental, security laws, regulations, and policies including the requirements for weapon use exclusion zones and the safe handling of unexploded ordnance.nnExperience and knowledge of digital dashboards and collaboration toolsnnExperience developing and managing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and associated Plan(s) of Action and Milestones (POA&M)nnFamiliarity with ISO 9000:2015 Quality Management SystemnnBachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related fieldnnIt is also desired that the candidate shall possess:nnProject Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III certificationnnGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:nn401K with company matchnnComprehensive health and wellness packagesnnInternal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your careernnProfessional growth opportunities including paid education and certificationsnnCutting-edge technology you can learn fromnnRest and recharge with paid vacation and holidaysnnThe likely salary range for this position is $124,953 - $169,055. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
