Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business development and managing customer relationships within the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role requires a proactive approach to recapturing untapped business, rebuilding credibility, and establishing long-term partnerships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the designated territory. Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans. Conduct regular sales reporting and manage an active pipeline of opportunities. Engage with customers at job sites and regional offices to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and meet company objectives. Qualifications: 3 years of sales experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Distribution, or Manufacturing. Proven track record of selling value-based solutions and developing successful account strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong communication skills via phone and email. Ability to work independently and manage your own customer interactions. Must own a reliable vehicle for travel and maintain a clean driving record. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Additional Details: This is a field-based role, with 60-80% travel; remote work otherwise, or option to work from the office. Must live within 1-hour of the DFW area; regular travel within the region is required. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, a hands-off leader who values drive and determination.
