Our client is looking to add a UX Researcher to their team that will assist in day-to-day quantitative data and Qualtrics. This person should be close to a super-user within data analytical tools such as Qualtrics that is looking to work in conjunction with leadership on key business decisions moving forward. This will conclude running end-to-end quantitative data; manage aspects of the Qualtrics directory; and understand the need/steps of integrating Qualtrics with CRMs (they are specifically moving to Salesforce). They will also be supporting their usability testing side as they are continuing to push out large initiatives. This will break down to about 75% UX research, 25% usability testing. Additionally, this UX candidate will be partnering with marketing departments on service strategy and standardized processes for things such as project intake, surveys, project build outs, and governance around ensure this standardization.
