We are looking for a Human Resources Compliance Coordinator to join our Brooklyn office. If you're passionate about compliance and data management, this is the opportunity for you!


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain data quality and integrity, primarily using Salesforce and SharePoint for reporting, process monitoring, and collaboration.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all documentation complies with state regulations before the applicant's hire date. Oversee new hire personnel files, medical files, I9 files, and CHRC files.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance Department to manage wage and tax documentation, ensuring accurate employee compensation.
  • Team Support & Communication: Assist with employment authorization documentation, annual compliance requirements, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Growth & Development: Embrace a growth mindset and collaborate with management to foster company growth.


Qualifications:

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare/home care and familiarity with HHA Exchange, E-Verify, CHRC, and HCR.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with Salesforce.
