Your Responsibilities:

In your role as an LPN, you will work closely with one client throughout your shift, providing support that includes:

• Adhering to the individualized care plan
• Documenting tasks, observations, and evaluating outcomes
• Delivering quality care by creating, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Receiving clinical direction and oversight from the supervising RN
• Assisting with additional duties as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current LPN license from Mississippi (or a Compact State)
• At least one (1) year of nursing experience, preferably in a personal care home setting
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
