A broad range of experience can be considered including strategic M&A, PE and public M&A. This is an opportunity to work under some of the biggest deal makers in the market with an impressive bank of clients across a number of different sectors.

Ideally, the team is looking to consider those with at least 2-3 years+ experience in a comparable setting. Corporate lawyers with experience from strong private practice teams in Canada and Australia are encouraged to apply.
