A top international law firm and global powerhouse is looking to grow its market leading Structured Finance practice at the mid-senior associate level in their New York Office.

Experience representing issuers and sponsors of residential mortgage and consumer receivable financings, including RMBS, ABS, master repurchase facilities and warehouse facilities.

Ideally, the team is considering those with at least 4-7 years+ experience in a comparable setting with prior law experience in a peer law firm. Must be admitted to the NY Bar.
