About the Practice

The Corporate group represents a diverse range of clients, including startups, midsize and large public and private companies, venture capital and private equity investors, and investment banks. The practice focuses on:

• Advising clients on venture capital, M&A, and private equity transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate documentation.
• Managing transactions and providing general corporate counsel to clients.

The Silicon Valley team is particularly active in the technology and life sciences sectors, playing a pivotal role in high-stakes transactions and guiding clients through complex corporate matters.

Qualifications

• 5 years of substantial corporate transactional experience, including venture capital, M&A, and private equity transactions.
• Strong academic credentials from a leading law school.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing complex corporate documentation and managing deals.
• Background in securities, M&A, and venture capital transactions.
• JD from accredited law school
• Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead deal teams and handle significant responsibilities.
