Capital Markets Associate- New York

Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a corporate securities associate with 1-3 years of experience for its Capital Markets practice in New York. The salary range for this position is between $225k and $310k.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience advising issuers and underwriters on financing (public and private offerings) and ongoing SEC filing matters.
• Experience with '33 and '34 Act matters, capital markets, IPOs and follow-on offerings, private placement offerings, corporate governance, and exchange listing matters.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills; collaborative team player.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar
