We are currently working with a top-tier group looking to add leveraged finance associates to their team in New York or Philadelphia.

The associates need to have experience representing borrowers, private equity sponsors in a full-range of finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring and reorganizations. The team has partners and associates split across NY and PL, and the group is tight-knit, there is opportunities for progression and the firm works with the best clients - i,e banks, funds, large corporations across the US.
