We are working with an AmLaw 100 law firm in their search for a finance associate to join their Philadelphia office.

• In office 3 days a week
• Cravath pay
• 2+ years of experience in structured finance, or general transactional work with an interest in joining a structured finance practice
• Experience with CLOs, private credit, and fund finance is preferred.
