Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent to meet its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Monitor team performance, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
- Talent Sourcing and Branding:
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
- Strengthen the employer brand to attract top-tier talent and enhance the organization's market presence.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on recruitment performance.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring practices.
- Update and enforce recruitment policies to maintain consistency and fairness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated success in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
