We are seeking a Recruiting Manager with a proven track record of recruiting success to join our team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience creating connections with top industry professionals within the Accounting/Finance market. Exposure to CFO and Sr. Level searches is a Plus+.

They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Create an internal brand that generates top talent for clients.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+years of staffing experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience recruiting A&F positions
