• Professional experience at a bank or financial institution
• Strong BA writing and presentation skills (BRDs, SRDs)
• Project Management experience
• Strong data analytics and data interpretation experience
• Digital product experience
• Jira and Confluence
• Kanban boards, experience working with Scrum Masters - framework used to implement agile scrum methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Career goal is to become a Digital Product Manager/Product Owner
• Ability to own / consult on product requirements

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Analyst for a Big 5 banking client. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with a Digital Product Manager and to refine product journeys and customer experiences for a digital business banking product. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships and gathering technical requirements. You will work closely with scrum masters and other technical team members to ensure that product features are delivered on time and fulfill the needs of the stakeholders.
