Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing - closely related field

-10-15+ years of design experience

-Strong experience with CAD, SolidWorks, Creo or similar tool

-Knowledge of DoD, avionics, military and/or standards

Day to Day:

Our client is seeking a motivated individual to take on the position of Engineering Manager for our structural and mechanical engineering design and analysis team. You will hold a key role in our aircraft integration efforts. Using your engineering expertise, you will grow, mentor, and guide a team of engineers work on the integration of avionics and/or weapons systems, structural modification, and/or interior modifications into a variety of vehicle platforms. Our customers will include US DoD, foreign military, and/or commercial entities. You may also be the technical point of contact for business development and proposal efforts, customer meetings and reviews, as well as internal coordination and reviews.
