Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage intricate Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases from start to resolution
• Represent creditors in adversary proceedings, motions for relief from stay, and other related litigation
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and legal documents with precision
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and legal staff to craft effective case strategies and ensure legal compliance
• Conduct thorough legal research and offer strategic legal advice to clients

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in bankruptcy law with a focus on creditor representation
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases simultaneously
• Admission to the Texas State Bar (additional state bar admissions are a plus)
