We are seeking a highly experienced Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights Attorney to join our Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in bankruptcy law, an active Washington State license , and a proven record of achieving outstanding results for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent creditors and other interested parties in bankruptcy proceedings.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in bankruptcy and creditor's rights matters.
- Provide strategic advice on complex bankruptcy-related litigation and transactional issues.
- Negotiate resolutions and settlements on behalf of clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience specializing in bankruptcy law.
- Active Washington State license required.
- Extensive knowledge of bankruptcy codes, procedures, and creditor's rights.
- Superior research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload.
