About this Job
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by enhancing the sales team’s performance. This involves providing individualized guidance to new sales professionals, fostering their development to help them exceed goals.
We’re seeking someone with a consistent track record of surpassing revenue targets, thriving in results-driven environments, and possessing excellent organizational skills.
This individual should have experience developing sales systems/processes that improve productivity and enable real-time tracking. We’re looking for a growth-oriented person excited about joining a fast-growing company. The role requires someone competitive, driven, and resourceful.
Objectives of this Role
- Onboard and train new hires
- Manage and continuously develop sales team
- Exceed sales targets
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Updating and improving sales process
- Actively managing and coaching sales reps
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5+ years sales management experience
- OTE: $125,000-$200,000 (based on experience)
- Proven track record of success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Highly competitive and driven
