- Pipeline Generation - Establish, maintain, and explore new business relationships with industry professionals
- Develop brand recognition within the industry through superior client relationship management
- Execute a targeted business development strategy that drives recurring revenue
- Focus on ongoing system and process improvement by continually improving standard operating procedures
- Explore alternative methods of developing brand equity within the human capital market
- Align with delivery team to drive marketing initiatives
