We’re looking for a Head of Proteomics to lead our growing team.

What You'll Do:

• Lead innovation in our state-of-the-art proteomics lab.
• Oversee the proteomics department, including project logistics, R&D, and team management.
• Collaborate with data science and commercial teams to deliver insights and create new products.
• Act as a subject matter expert in proteomics and multi-omics for internal and external communications.
• Partner with scientists and clinicians to tackle complex scientific and medical challenges.
• Ensure data quality by implementing QC metrics, SOPs, and staff training.
• Provide key input on proteomics study results and present findings to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or related fields.
• 7+ years of post-PhD experience in proteomics, particularly mass-spectrometry methods.
• Deep experience with sample preparation for proteomics, especially label-free bottom-up workflows.
• Expertise in LC-MS method development, DIA and DDA workflows, and Bruker timsTOF instruments.
• Experience developing and validating targeted protein assays, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of lab automation, LIMS/ELN systems, and regulated environments.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and mentor team members.
