Job Description

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a fast-growing defense law firm in its search for an experienced Employment Attorney to join the Firm's team in its Philadelphia, PA office. This is a direct hire role. Hybrid schedule available (3 days in office - doesn't matter which days); must be able to commute to Philadelphia, PA offices.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of employment defense litigation experience
  • Book of business a plus but not necessary
  • Experience taking depositions, drafting discovery, arguing motions
  • Client-centered and a timely communicator
  • Licensed in PA and NJ (NY licensure is a plus)
  • Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.


Salary & Benefits:

Base Pay: $120,000/year +, commensurate with experience

Bonus Pay, 401(k), Dental, Health, Vision, Vacation Time


1900 billable hours.
