Technology Transactions Attorney - San Francisco

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-level technology transactions attorney for its San Francisco office. The salary range for this position is between $260k to $365k.

Qualifications

• 3-5 year years of technology transactions experience, which includes drafting and negotiation on a wide variety of agreements including software licenses, technology and content, software and technology development, and professional services, manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements.
• Experience with E-commerce, media and entertainment transactions is a plus.
• Interest in or experience with AI is a plus.
• Experience assisting with M&A and equity financing transactions (drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters).
• Strong preference for a technical background (science or technical degree and/or computer programming experience).
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team focused.
• California bar admission is required.
