Commercial litigation hire for a full service, highly reputable Tampa law firm ,with multiple Legal 500 and chambers rankings

The roles covers complex commercial , with potential additional areas of construction and white collar.

The Practice:

• Clients are predominately national SME corporate entities across a broad range of industries, including: health care, real estate, banking and financial, manufacturing, technology, insurance, construction and hospitality.
• Practice areas : complex commercial litigation. Construction litigation & White Collar defense and government enforcement are also in-demand areas although not a requirement for application

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor, 3.25 GPA
• 3-6 year PQE
• Litigation experience – practice areas must include one areas stated above
• All areas of discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions
• Active member the Florida State Bar
