LHH is supporting a well-respected mid-size regional firm in their search for a mid-level commercial litigation associate for their Philadelphia team . The Litigation team is the largest in the firm (about 40 to 50 people) and works across offices. You will not be tied to any one partner but get diverse matters from partners across the firm and get to build relationships with everyone in the group.

The hired candidate will get hands on experience (they don’t keep you on the back bench) and great mentorship (as needed) handling a variety of commercial litigation matters such as corporate litigation, business disputes, shareholder disputes, trade secret litigation, construction defect litigation, employment litigation, real estate contracting issues and more. While the firm has an active, sophisticated caseload, they offer a relaxed environment and prioritize work-life balance (1800 hour min) . They also offer a hybrid work set up with people coming in about 3 days a week . They provide great pay, bonuses, and benefits.

PA and NJ bar required. Any others are a plus.
