The Vice President of Operations oversees the company’s ongoing operations, with a significant emphasis on engineering excellence and innovation. This role ensures operational efficiency, manages resources effectively, and aligns project management, engineering and operational activities with the company’s strategic objectives. This position leads and develops teams across multiple locations and over various functions, including design, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, service, project management and shipping and receiving. The VP of Operations drives performance across all of these areas of the company, ensuring that the company’s products and services meet the highest quality standards.

? You have ten years plus of senior leadership experience in a project

management/engineering/operational leadership role.

? You’ve accomplished a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, operational management or a related field and ideally pursued your MBA.

What you’ll do in this role:


Strategic Leadership - Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan, integrating engineering objectives. In partnership with other key leaders, collectively run the business as a collaborative, strategic, enterprise wide, leadership team.


Team Leadership - Lead and mentor project management, engineering and operational teams, fostering a culture aligned with our values and focused on excellence and continuous improvement.


Operational Leadership - Oversee daily operations of the company, with a strong focus on project management and engineering activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.


Supply Chain & Logistics - Manage supply chain, logistics, and engineering support functions to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.


Quality & Compliance - Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements across operations and engineering activities.


This is an in-office leadership position in our New Gloucester, Maine office at the beautiful Pineland Farms campus. A relocation package is available. Travel to our office in Alabama will be needed monthly and travel to international locations will be required quarterly.
