Technology Transactions Licensing Midlevel Associate

Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking a midlevel We are seeking a mid-level associate for its world-known technology transactions practice in San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, New York, or Washington DC. The salary for this position is between $260k to $390k.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial, technology, IP licensing and digital media/consumer technology transactions.
• Additional experience in M&A, technology aspects of corporate transactions, and content licensing and distribution.
• Law firm experience is required; in-house candidates with prior law firm experience are welcome.
• Excellent academic credentials are required.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice, or eligibility to become admitted to prepared to sit for bar exam.
• Strong communication and client-interfacing skills; team focused.
