Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively in small and cohesive teams, taking direction from, but also assisting and advancing the work of senior project design architects.
• Capable of executing on construction documents without supervision.
• Comfort with coordination of sub-consultancy, but also interested in drawing - this is not a senior management role, it is an active project technologist role.
• Improve our already high standard of drawing and detailing, and improve our current standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Revit.
• Familiarity with mid-rise, steel, concrete, and wood construction in Canada.
• Experience with multi-family projects.
• Proficiency detailing atypical conditions is a must.
• Experience with managing subordinates is a plus, but not required.
• We are looking for candidates with experience in other design forward firms, who may be interested in a smaller boutique environment or are simply looking for exposure to a wide variety of project scales and typologies
