Job Description:

Delphi-US is a full-service technical recruitment firm headquartered in Rhode Island and serving clients throughout the United States. Our growing client list has led to a high volume of job orders, and we are looking to add a Senior Technical Recruiter to our contingent labor division.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will:

• Source and qualify potential candidates for technical aptitude and soft skills
• Manage candidate tracking in our database
• Provide summary writeups on submissions to Sales
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Extend offers to potential hires and close
• Onboard candidates

Qualified candidates should possess:

• 3+ years of agency recruiting experience
• Experience working with contractors/consultants (preferable)
• Technical sector experience (preferable)
• Hybrid (Newport, Rhode Island) work location
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional phone presence
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office applications
• Capability to handle many open job orders at one time
• A commitment to delivering white glove consultative service
