New Jersey's top restaurant Lita is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for full time employment at their highly regarded, award nominated and winning Iberian restaurant.
This person should be like minded, creative, organized and comfortable with a property/space that is open day and night. The menu is a 3 Course Savory Prix Fixe focused on Iberian cuisine (Spaninsh & Portuguese) and extremely manicured. This job is about leadership, attention to detail, creating dishes for our menu, giving a special experience through our food and hospitality while being able to keep COGs where they need to be and most importantly lead by example and supporting our chef de cuisine and executive chef.
