Position Summary:
The Bar Support role is perfect for someone who wants to jump into the world of bartending and hospitality. You’ll play a key role in assisting our bartenders to ensure the bar operates smoothly, supporting both team and guest needs. This position offers an excellent foundation with room for development into a bartender role or other positions within the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders with stocking, restocking, and preparing bar items
• Collect and wash glassware, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar
• Refill garnishes, ice, and other supplies as needed to support bartenders
• Support bartenders in delivering excellent customer service to guests
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for bar operations
• Engage with customers and assist with any bar-related inquiries as needed
• Help maintain an inviting, clean, and organized bar environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or bar environment is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
