s a Procurement Analyst your primary role will be to help to perform research and resolution for supplier account and procurement records. You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills to work through large amounts of data with a keen attention to detail while making updates in various systems. We are integral in helping the company to scale its buying processes through efficient and customer focused operations and we work closely with various teams in achieving a cohesive end to end procurement process.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in working with data in procurement, finance, or related business operations
* Must have experience in Google Sheets or MS Excel to aggregate data, pivot information, and track progress
* Some knowledge of tools and systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, Oracle, Coupa, but not required
* Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and do what it takes to resolve quickly
* Manages multiple tasks, high visibility projects and timelines with a sense of urgency, ownership and within deadline
* Display exceptional organizational skills to manage workload, and often competing priorities
* Demonstrate effective collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
* Communicates in a clear, concise and timely manner and operates effectively as a team player
